We ship orders through third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.). Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Blue Bay Island experience.

Please review our Return Policy for full details, but in general:

• Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Custom, digital, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

We strive to describe and display our products accurately, but variations in color, texture, and material may occur due to photography, screen settings, or handcrafted differences. These variations are not considered defects.
